Sarah Cassidy grew up in Cloverdale, BC until her family relocated to the Okanagan for her high school years. Sarah attended Okanagan University College while raising her daughter, Hailey. She focused her education on business and legal administration.
Upon completion of University, Sarah moved back down to the lower mainland and began her career in the financial industry working with one of Canada’s major banks. After 15 years of working within traditional financial institutions, Sarah decided a change needed to be made. Sarah prides herself on always putting her clients needs first and providing the highest level of personalized service. This, coupled with Sarah’s passion for the investment industry, lead her to join Rothdale Pacific Wealth Management.
With 19 years of experience in Financial Advisory services, Sarah is a licensed Investment Advisor through the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and a licensed Mortgage Professional through the BC Financial Services Authority.
Sarah currently resides in North Vancouver with her husband, Ken and their two children, William and Tessa. Sarah is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending time with her family and all outdoor activities from snowboarding to paddle boarding to enjoying a glass of wine on a patio.
Steven Batie

We were deeply saddened by Steve’s passing in October 2021.
Steve grew up in the town of Ladysmith on Vancouver Island, Steve received a BA while playing varsity and junior national rugby at the University of Victoria. He focused his education on finance following his undergrad by completing the British Columbia Institute of Technology’s (BCIT) Financial Management program.
Steve began his career in the financial industry working with one of Canada’s major banks. After more than a decade working within traditional financial institutions, Steve realized that clients deserved better. Enter Rothdale Pacific: an innovative combination of affiliated companies unique to the Wealth Management industry.
Steve resided in Vancouver. His passions included playing golf, rugby and CrossFit.
Trish Hughes
Community Manager
Trish and the head office team handle and direct our client calls, appointment bookings and confirmations, and general administrative support. Trish’s wealth of experience comes from 33+ years in various administrative and project management-driven roles. Her dedication to the team, hard working and helpful attitude, and aptitude for managing a wide scope of tasks have been proven time and again, all while maintaining her ever-present sense of humour. Outside the office, Trish can be found lounging camp side with her family and friends, and of course her two beautiful dogs.
